Delicious and simple teriyaki chicken stir-fry. Serve with your favorite rice or quinoa.
Ingredients:
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts

- 3 Tbsp. Teriyaki glaze http://amzn.to/2DpNdiR
Tip: If you don’t have glaze, you can sub teriyaki sauce + 1 Tbsp. molasses or even brown sugar - Garlic salt http://amzn.to/2Btnchy
- Red pepper flakes http://amzn.to/2FYwmFA
- Sesame seeds http://amzn.to/2F1X9zE
- 1 medium head broccoli (1 pkg broccoli florets)
- 3 large carrots
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 425 F
- Chop broccoli and carrots
- Cover baking sheet with parchment paper
- Put broccoli and carrots on baking sheet
- Sprinkle with garlic salt
- Bake 15 minutes
- Cut chicken into large chunks
- Put chicken into Actifry
- Put sesame oil in Actifry
- Put olive oil in Actifry
- Cook chicken 15 minutes to 165 degree internal temperature
- Remove vegetables from oven
- Add to Actifry
- Add sesame seeds
- Add teriyaki glaze
- Cook additional 5 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
